Actual steps

As soon as our customers have made a decision on a tool, we are preparing a kick-off meeting, which serves the purpose to explain the process to everybody who is participating, answer questions, and clarify uncertainties. After the kick-off the participants are ready for the internet based self-assessment, which consists of a questionnaire. The evaluation of the questionnaire is used for the personnel assessment report that is put together by a m3international consultant and discussed later on with the participant in a one to one situation. Which of these results are communicated to management has been approved previously, as part of the contract.

HR-balance
