WolfVision proved again at this year's InfoComm in Las Vegas (June 8-10) to be the most creative company in the Communication and Presentation market. Their VZ-C30 Ceiling product featuring a 3-CCD Camera, Progressive Scan and 30 frames per second was awarded the "2005 SCN Installation Products Award" for being the "Most Innovative Product in a Commercial Installation". The award was presented by the ICIA (International Communication Industries Association) and the SCN (System Contractor News).
Organised by the ICIA, InfoComm is the most important show worldwide in the communication and presentation market. The award to WolfVision was made at the official ceremony ahead of this year's show and was attended by over 1000 guests. Even President Bush was represented by one official delegate. With this award, WolfVision has managed for the second time to receive recognition for the most innovative product and for a new product idea. The idea dates back four years and was first defined by WolfVision's founder, Josef Wolf. From this a number of highly qualified engineers in their headquarters in Austria developed the product to the award-winning version. Although competitive products were exhibited at InfoComm, WolfVision's VZ-C30 is technologically some years ahead of these. "If we continue to work that hard, we will successfully hold this technical and market advantage in the future", says Martin Wolf, the President of WolfVision.
To top it all up, WolfVision also received the "Grand Award" for their Portable Model VZ-9 and the "Silver Award" for their Professional Model VZ-27plus from the "Presentations" magazine. Josef Wolf adds: "We need to be careful that we don't get charged for excess baggage on our return flight".
